Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Paris Hills Management platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paris Hills Management ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.

3. Account Registration

Access to the Platform requires an invitation from an authorized administrator. Upon receiving an invitation, you must provide accurate and complete registration information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Services Description

Paris Hills Management provides a model management platform that includes, but is not limited to: social media account management, content scheduling and publishing, analytics and performance tracking, team collaboration tools, and revenue management features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Platform
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications, spam, or automated requests
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account credentials with third parties

6. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process the content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform services.

The Platform, including its design, features, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Paris Hills Management and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our express written consent.

7. Social Media Integrations

The Platform integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party platforms. You authorize us to access and interact with your connected social media accounts as necessary to provide the Platform services.

8. Payment and Revenue

Any fees, commissions, or payment terms will be communicated separately and agreed upon in writing. We are not responsible for payment processing issues arising from third-party payment providers. All revenue data displayed on the Platform is provided for informational purposes and may not reflect real-time balances.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared through the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, financial data, user data, and any non-public information related to the Platform or its users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paris Hills Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to confidentiality, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paris Hills Management is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
